STOP living in fear.

Stop living in fear.

Send out peace and love. Not just to one country but to all countries, not to one type of people but to all people, not to favour one religion but to all religions, not to who is right or wrong, not to who is poor or rich but to everyone no matter what their circumstances. There are many bad things happening everyday all over the planet, the media only seem to report on the ones they choose to, the ones that have a hidden agenda, we are all humans, we are all living in this world, not matter what colour our skin, no matter where in the world we live, no matter what language we speak, no matter how we die or what or who killed us, we all have families, mums, dads, brothers, sisters, children that will miss us. If everyone put down their weapons, if everyone woke up tomorrow and agreed to love and help each other, war wouldn’t exist. The greed, the governments and the elite few who want us to be puppets and hate, are the only ones gaining from these disasters and war.

FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real

Think about this, if you was born on an island that didn’t have any contact with the outside world, no media, wi-fi etc and everyone on your island was caring and kind to each other, equality was normal and hate and fear didn’t exist, you would feel safe, happy and loved. You wouldn’t even know what fear was (unless there are snakes/lions etc on the island too) and that would have to be taught to you, to fear those creatures for your own safety.

How about focussing on the good stories, on the positive deeds around the world, on the wonderful people in your neighbourhood, on yourself and where your beliefs stem from.


The more you focus on something, whether that something is good or bad, the more will come to you in various ways, so if you live with the idea everyone is out to get you, guess what?, that will be your reality, if you believe that good things are coming, guess what?, good things will come to you. Fill your mind, your eyes, your ears with lovely things and your reality will be lovely, fill them with war, terror and pain and your reality will be fear.

It really is as easy as taking the first step, stop watching the news, stop reading newspapers, don’t listen to the radio (unless it’s just good music), go through your facebook and twitter feeds and get rid of anything or anyone (don’t feel bad, this is for your own wellbeing) that does not share joy, positivity stories or make you feel good. You have permission to unfriend people who share scaremonger news, who are racist or don’t make you feel good. You are only answerable to yourself, if you really feel unfriending them will cause problems in real life ( like if it’s your sister etc) then you can just unfollow them, they won’t know and you won’t see the rubbish they share. But do consider how much time you spend in real life with these people, the fear mentality runs deep and is like a toxic gas that can spread undetected before you become aware of its negative effects.

Let that sink in a minute, think of the 5 people you spend most time with in real life and online, are they happy, upbeat, go-getters, lovers of life? or are they moany, boring, grumpy, fear mongers?

Try and move away from the moaners, find a new tribe, the world is vast, people are amazing, be one of them.
