Simply delicious banana smoothie

This is a great smoothie for when you need an energy boost. It tastes great, a little bit like banana horlicks. Here’s how to make it:

  • 300ml of Almond milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp of Maca powder
  • 1tsp of Baobab powder

This banana smoothie just doesn’t taste great, it’s really healthy too. The almond milk contains many vitamins and minerals and is a good source of the antioxidant vitamin E so it will help to reduce free radicals in the body. Bananas are fantastic too and are great for depression but they will also help to stop muscle cramps and can even help to lower blood pressure. Maca powder can increase stamina, strengthen the body and increase sexual desire. Baobab will increase energy and alertness while supporting the immune system and keeping the nervous system healthy.
