Delicious berry smoothie

We love smoothies at NWF, we have at least one everyday, they are great for your health, give you a much needed vitamin boost and make you feel really good from the inside out.

This is my personal favourite, quick and easy and inexpensive.

2 bananas

1/4 bag frozen berries or fresh berries from the garden or organic fresh berries

1 teaspoon maca powder

200ml rice milk or almond milk

3 mint leaves ( this is optional)

Chuck everything in the blender, whizz it up and serve. So quick and easy!
