Banana, frozen raspberry, carrot and apple smoothie

Perfect for when you need something sweet but have no cake or are trying to be a good girl or boy 😉

This tastes like a fruity carrot cake in a glass, so much more healthier too. We love smoothies!

2 carrots and 2 apples juiced

2 bananas

1/4 bag frozen raspberries – these are best frozen to give the cold taste plus you don’t need ice cubes!

Pop everything in the blender with half teaspoon of ginger or juice a piece of fresh ginger with the carrot and apple, whizz it up and serve.

So yummy and good for you.
